360° outer wall detection lens
The 360° outer wall detection lens is used to image the outer view of the ring of a small object. The outer wall image of the object under test is captured by the reflexes system, and then imprinted at the chip, which is presented as a coronal image. The larger the diameter of the measured object, the higher the measurable height. Suitable for testing drug containers, plastic caps, premolded parts, bottlenecks, screws and other threaded objects and other components.

Eight mirror lens
The eight-mirror lens adopts an industrial telecentric lens with a reflector device with special layout in front to realize 360° observation of the object. At the same time, there is a built-in annular light source, which can be used for lighting without additional light source. The maximum diameter of the front end of the lens is φ160mm, and the whole lens length is about 220mm.
45° wide Angle imaging, can take eight different Angle images of the side of the object. The outer or inner wall of an object of a certain size can be observed, the combined view of the inner and outer surfaces can be provided, and pictures of both the inner wall and the bottom of the cavity can be shown with little lens distortion.
Suitable for inner and outer wall inspection of screws, sealing rings, preformed parts and other
objects.
360° appearance inspection box
A test box + a lens + a camera can take pictures around the test object. Reduced lens and camera purchase costs. At the same time, compared with using four cameras to shoot a product, this product greatly compresses the use space. For example, when four cameras shoot around an object, they need two times or more of the object distance length, but this product turns the object square light path through the mirror, which greatly reduces the space. In addition, the top of this product is equipped with a ring light source to fill the light, can take pictures of all shapes and sizes of objects.
This product is not only limited to shooting cylindrical bottle body, as long as the size of the article in the shape of 75mm* height of 175mm can be detected.

The 360° outer wall detection lens is suitable for detecting objects with a diameter of 4.5-30mm; The eight-mirror lens is suitable for detecting objects with a diameter of 5-70mm. Under the condition that the diameter of the detected object is suitable, the inner surface and outer surface images of the object can be obtained at the same time by one shot. The height of the object detected by the above two lenses is proportional to the diameter of the object detected. For some objects with large height requirements, such as beverage bottles, the 360° appearance detection box can be used for shooting, which is suitable for detecting objects with a diameter of 1-75mm, and the maximum detection height is 175mm.
