Production safety is everyone's responsibility

Every June is the national Production Safety Month. On June 15, 2022, the CHIOPT aunched a fire and fire safety knowledge exercise with the theme of "Abide by the production safety Law, be the first responsible person", to strengthen the supervision and management of potential accidents and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents.

1. Evacuation

During the activity, all staff completed self-rescue and rapid evacuation in three minutes, which further improved the staff's personal first-aid ability.

2. Theory improvement, keep in mind

Mr Bai, commander in chief of production safety activities, led us to understand the importance of fire safety knowledge exercises. The purpose of emergency drills is to avoid dangerous events, and when danger occurs, to keep alert and quickly control the danger, to help save yourself and protect yourself and your family.

He stressed that only with constant alarm and unremitting efforts can we truly guard the bottom line and red line of production safety, and let everyone realize that "there is no small matter of production safety, and it is the key to prevent small things from happening".

3. Equipment practical operation, both defense

When a fire breaks out, the best time is to put out the fire within 3-5 minutes, so only by mastering the ability to put out the fire can we reduce the loss of resources and human injuries from the aspect of energy. The teaching steps of theory explanation, normal action, group practice, summary and comment were adopted. The methods, skills and operation of the correct use of fire extinguishers were explained and demonstrated in detail, and then groups were given "one to one" practical training guidance, which achieved good training results.

Through the exercise activities, further strengthen the staff's awareness of fire safety and self-prevention, protection awareness, master the emergency escape knowledge, familiar with the emergency evacuation process, for the June safety month fire safety situation stability laid a good foundation.
