CHIOPT 2023 tug-of-war

In order to enhance the cohesion and centripetal force of the company's employees, effectively develop harmonious labor relations, and give full play to the main role of the majority of front-line workers in CHIOPT, 

the CHIOPT personnel Department colleagues organized the whole company's employees to carry out the tug-of-war competition on the evening of May 31, 2023.

The site is divided into 6 groups for evaluation, the number of participants in each team is 5 men and 5 women, a total of 10 people. The competition adopts the single cycle system: each match is played by two pairs, using the best of three sets. 

After the completion of each set, the venues are exchanged until the end of the game. 

The competition is divided into two stages: elimination and final. In the course of the game, the company's various departments have sent the strongest game lineup, work together, 

and strive for the first! In order to ensure the fairness, justice and openness of the competition, the event has a special referee, a referee and two supervisors.

On the field, all the players have shown that they are not afraid of strong hands, work together, tenacious struggle, and brave to win the sportsmanship,

they insist on the game to the last moment of the unyielding mentality infected everyone on the scene. 

The audience also saw the blood boiling, high emotions, shouts, refueling sound one after another, to add a bright color to the game, every shout brings a force! 

The fierce competition on the spot pushed the whole event to the climax!

Finally, after a fierce competition, the former engineering team of the first lens deserved to win the championship, and each participant got the corresponding prize. 

First prize brand air conditioning quilt, second prize exquisite umbrella, third prize sports towel, other participants get a souvenir gift.

The event was a complete success with the strong support of the leadership, as well as the active cooperation of the staff and all on-site personnel. Finally, applause and applause for each player's indomitable perseverance and fighting spirit!
