360° exterior wall detection lens

Correspondingly, there is also a 360° inner wall detection lens for detecting the inner wall information of the object. The left is suitable for the inner wall detection that needs to be reached into the pipeline for shooting, which is the industrial pinhole lens, which can clearly detect the hidden internal features and defects. The right lens is shot above the object, and the special optical structure enables it to have a large Angle of view and a large depth of field, which can expand the inner wall information. Inner wall shooting is suitable for detecting objects such as cylinders, holes, bottles and threads.
Eight-mirror lens
The above external wall lens also has limitations, and is only suitable for detecting small objects with an outer diameter of 30mm or less.
Therefore, the CHIOPT launched an eight-mirror lens to shoot the object through eight angles, and the detection range is 5mm to 70mm. The front end is a large field of view telecentric lens, through a special refraction light path, can detect the outer wall and the inner wall of the object respectively, when the size and height are appropriate, can detect the inner and outer walls of the object at the same time, to a greater extent to simplify the system and save costs.
For a bottle cap as tall as the one below, a regular 360-degree outer wall lens needs to be shot at least twice apart - once above and once below. The eight-mirror lens can be shot completely at a time, and the inner wall information like these fasteners can also be shot under the right circumstances, which is the advantage of the eight-mirror lens, but because it is divided into eight faces, it can not do the picture stretching synthesis of the traditional 360° lens.
360° appearance test box
