At the 2023 Shenzhen Machine Vision Exhibition, we shared equipment demonstrations such as electric focus bi-telecentric lenses, industrial microscope lenses, eight-reflection lenses, and 360 appearance inspection boxes for machine vision.
At the exhibition site, more than 10 colleagues including CHIOPT's R&D, technical, and marketing personnel were gathered to introduce the principles of the product to the guests, share the practical application of the product in the field of intelligent manufacturing, and help the development and progress of the machine vision industry.
Although the "top 10 innovative machine vision products" in 2022 - the ultraviolet lens was not demonstrated on site, it was still the most popular product in the audience, and many customers came here for consultation and testing.
CHIOPT's UV lens is a special imaging lens developed for the latest UV camera chip IMX487. Compared with ordinary lenses, it sets the working band from near ultraviolet, across the entire visible spectrum, to near infrared, and only uses A limited number of special lens materials are used to achieve fully corrected focus shift under three working spectra, that is, it has confocal characteristics under different spectra.
It can be used in scenarios such as material sorting using ultraviolet and infrared light detection, testing the quality of transparent resin, and checking the aging of high-voltage cables.
