Chiopt Business School: building a learning organization

On march7,2017, in order to achieve the goal of "reshaping the core competitiveness of enterprises, cultivating innovative organizational culture and continuously building learning organizations", chiopt business school was officially established! For more than half a year, the business school has opened 29 classes, with a total class hours of 38 hours. On average, it has opened 5 classes per month, each time more than 1 hour.

At this stage, the training objects of the business school are mainly middle and senior managers at or above the company's sideline level. The course content is videos and books related to general management of professional managers. Take the form of listening to experts' lectures, talking about their feelings after class and summarizing after the meeting.

The curriculum of chiopt business school is designed according to the standardized curriculum system. The course fully combines the problems existing in the enterprise development stage and the problems to be solved in the future enterprise development stage. The curriculum system covers different functions and positions.

After more than half a year of study, the business school has formed a positive learning atmosphere within the company and laid a solid foundation for building a learning organization. The students' spirit of sticking to the end during their study is admirable.
